Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned track and civil professional to provide technical expertise and support to our Regional Linx business. This role will involve providing strategic advice, reviewing infrastructure designs, and managing key track-related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance on track and civil engineering matters to maintenance, projects, design, and asset management functions.
  • Review infrastructure designs for track and civil infrastructure from internal and external parties.
  • Lead investigations into root causes of incidents where track or civil infrastructure is suspected to be at fault.
  • Develop and maintain asset strategies for CRN assets.
  • Assist in developing and updating standards, manuals, and specifications within their discipline area.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Engineering or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of practice in track, permanent way, or rail geotechnical roles.
  • Knowledge of project management structure and plans.
