About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with daily living activities, such as domestic assistance, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, ensuring our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
  • Work collaboratively with our customers, their families, and our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting the dignity and well-being of our customers.
