We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead clients through the early stages of their workplace transformation journey. This critical role bridges vision and reality before construction begins.

About the Role
  • Develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and oversee design development to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives, commercially sound, and delivered with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage key milestones: concept development, detailed planning, design refinement, tendering, and construction handover.
  • Provide commercial clarity, communicate financial implications of design and compliance decisions, and secure necessary documentation (drawings, permits, IFC).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, estimators, services, and construction teams, as well as consultants and stakeholders from engagement through to construction handover.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, comfort with ERP/project systems, and proven experience guiding clients through multi-stage design and costing processes.
