About the Role
  • Design Standards: Foster alignment between workplace design and organizational goals, ensuring efficient execution of client global design standards.
  • HSE, Risk & Commercial: Translate workplace operations and risks into contractual standards that align with commercial requirements, minimizing HSE risks and operational costs.
  • Project Delivery & Vendor Management: Support project delivery and vendor management by selecting vendors, overseeing consultant performance, and contributing to project close-out activities.
  • Stakeholder Relationships & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with teams to evolve design standards in line with workplace strategy, integrate technology for seamless experiences, apply data-driven improvements, and promote continuous learning and efficiency in design delivery.
  • Workplace Insights: Analyze and improve workplace standards and experience by leveraging data sources, conducting sentiment analysis, and refining data inputs.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, project delivery, and business processes.
  • Strong autonomy, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
  • A deep understanding of customer experience and strategic planning is essential for success.
