Maintenance Planning Administrator

We are seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our client based in Sydney for a full-time temporary position with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will coordinate maintenance planning, working closely with the Operations Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delegating repair and maintenance tasks to the workshop and contractors
  • Managing and raising work orders to completion for all repair and maintenance tasks
  • Tracking completion of work orders and maintaining databases
  • Raising purchase orders for external maintenance providers, parts, and supplies
  • Ensuring maintenance compliance in the Sydney fleet

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Experience working within a maintenance support team or workshop environment
  • Planned maintenance knowledge within JD Edwards environments
  • A background in mechanical or industry-related roles
  • Knowledge of regulatory body requirements in relation to heavy vehicles
  • Aptitude for mechanical tasks, high discipline, and attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
