Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating quality, efficiency projects and activities to improve productivity through continuous best practice and improvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational management and experience in reviewing program operational processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

You will lead and coordinate projects to drive business process improvements, gather information using system metrics, internal audit results and infield knowledge to draft comprehensive plans to improve efficiencies and cost effectiveness in program operations.

In addition, you will work with stakeholders to establish benchmarks and measurement tools to assess the impact of efficiency measures implemented, compile data from business systems and in-field assessments and undertaking analysis to inform managers' deliberations about business performance metrics and possibilities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to design and prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, presentations and recommendations about improvements to current business systems and processes.

This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for an experienced operational manager looking to take on a leadership role.
