Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Construction Estimator.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect damaged properties and prepare detailed estimates for repair work.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters and property owners to negotiate the scope and cost of repairs.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer software.
  • Work closely with the construction manager to ensure efficient job execution and payment collection.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Prior experience in new home and/or remodeling projects is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate estimating system is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
  • Industry certifications such as IICRC and Lead are advantageous.
  • The successful candidate will be required to travel locally for job sites, training, and company events as needed.
