Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and managing bids for commercial, residential, and civil infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You will work closely with our project managers and site teams to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in estimating across civil, commercial, and residential construction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in estimating across civil, commercial, and residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of civil works including earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in commercial builds and premium residential developments.
  • High-level proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to accounting systems and project cost management tools.
