The role Our architecture practice is seeking a passionate specialist to support and drive high-quality bids and submissions.

You will lead the full lifecycle of pursuit activities, from identifying opportunities to crafting compelling submissions that win new work and support our practice's growth.

This role involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that encourages innovation and celebrates delivery excellence.

As a Pursuits Specialist, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end EOI, RFP, and tender submissions.
  • Understand new tender documentation and requirements.
  • Coordinate with local and global teams to craft visually engaging submissions using InDesign.
  • Organize strategy meetings, follow-ups, and input collection to meet deadlines.
  • Write, edit, and tailor content to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Maintain CRM databases and marketing collateral to support pursuits.
  • Ensure quality control over proposal appearance and content.
  • Populate response schedules, spreadsheets, and project outlines with key data.
  • Develop response sections from bullet points and provided information.
  • Participate in go/no-go decision processes.
  • Keep marketing and pursuit materials current, including content libraries, project sheets, and CVs.
