Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead our expanding Residential Practice Area as an Executive Team Leader. The role involves overseeing and managing tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience. Strong leadership and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization.
  • Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships including periodic client meetings, proposal and budget development, and obtaining feedback in conjunction with Marketing and Practice Area teammates.
  • Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members to achieve the goals and strategies for the Practice Area. Actively encourage career development, training and career path planning for all of your direct teammates.
