Job Opportunity: Pricing Advisor

About the Role:

As a Pricing Advisor, you will play a key role in providing competitive quotes to internal and external customers, ensuring they meet KPI expectations and deadlines. Your responsibility will be to support business growth through existing accounts and network enquiries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop quotations, one-off quotes, and update expired rates in Client Rates in CargoWise
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and account for all relevant information to enhance productivity within the pricing team
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve quoting turnarounds
  • Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing while striving for a healthy profit margin
  • Make efficient use of DSV tools and resources
  • Gain a strong understanding of all services and market dynamics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in international freight forwarding with a strong understanding of logistics operations
  • Experience in pricing, procurement, and quoting to support competitive and strategic decision-making
  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries and navigating the DSV Network to meet client requirements
  • Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred, ensuring efficiency in freight management and documentation
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Word with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports
