- Lead product delivery by owning and refining the product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritising work to maximise business value and ensure smooth sprint planning and delivery.
- Partner for impact by acting as a trusted advisor to delivery squads, guiding day-to-day execution, supporting cadence and velocity, and ensuring solutions align with business needs and milestones.
- Bridge business & technology by translating business requirements into future-state capabilities, clearly articulating how solutions deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
- Drive change & resilience by providing subject-matter expertise, making pragmatic decisions in the face of competing priorities, and demonstrating adaptability and resilience to achieve program success.
About You:
- Previous experience in the energy sector specifically with a focus on Retail Markets and demonstrated knowledge of energy pricing, including a solid understanding of retail tariffs, network tariffs and cost stack.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project / program environments with a proven track record for execution and ability to work with effectively with delivery partners.
- Strong ability to translate abstract ideas into structured requirements, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning.
