Expert Transfer Pricing Specialist Sought

We are looking for a skilled transfer pricing professional with strong compliance and advisory skills to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of advice. Your ability to develop strong relationships with clients, oversee junior team members, and identify advisory opportunities will be invaluable assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance requirements for a range of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Design and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients, including those involving complex financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including billings and risk management, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Guide and delegate tasks to junior team members, supporting their growth and maintaining workflow.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify advisory opportunities and support clients on complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Assist clients during ATO reviews and transfer pricing disputes, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to industry insights, sharing expertise with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm and/or multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset.
  • Ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships.
  • A team player who is also capable of working autonomously when needed.
