Job Title: Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist with a strong mix of compliance and advisory skills to drive success in our Melbourne team.

As part of our dynamic practice, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of advice on complex transfer pricing matters.

You will design and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients, collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, and guide and delegate tasks to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance requirements for a broad range of clients.
  • Design and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including billings and risk management.
  • Guide and delegate tasks to junior team members.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify advisory opportunities and support clients on complex transfer pricing matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm and/or multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Relevant tertiary and CA / CPA qualifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset.
  • Ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships.
