Key to success in transfer pricing lies in our Melbourne office seeking a talented individual who can support our diverse client base on compliance work and also challenging advisory engagements.

As part of our team, you will manage a portfolio of clients ensuring timely delivery of advice. You will take the lead in developing client relationships overseeing junior team members identifying opportunities to help clients navigate complex transfer pricing issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance requirements for clients ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Design and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients including those involving complex financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
  • Manage firm-related administrative tasks maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Guide and delegate tasks to junior team members supporting their growth and workflow.
  • Develop strong client relationships ensuring ongoing engagement satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify advisory opportunities support clients on complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Assist clients during ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to publications sharing insights with colleagues clients.
  • Support national initiatives strengthening BDO's market position.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 4 years transfer pricing experience global accounting firm multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams multiple deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge international Australian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Relevant tertiary CA CPA qualifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills enquiring mindset.
  • Ability to independently develop sustain client relationships.
  • Team player capable working autonomously when needed.
