Job Description:

  • As a Senior/Lead Pega Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical implementations, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and architects to define, design, and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and facilitating workshops and playbacks with stakeholders using design thinking principles;
  2. Documenting and reviewing business requirements and specifications in alignment with best practices;
  3. Driving design and documentation standards to ensure consistency and reusability;
  4. Facilitating triage and prioritization of system defects and issues;
  5. Mentoring and coaching junior Business Analysts, fostering capability uplift across the team;
  6. Leading and supporting agile delivery processes across large, complex IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • Pega Business Architect certification with 3+ years' experience as a Senior/Lead Pega Business Analyst or Architect;
  • Strong experience in agile delivery methodologies and use of delivery management tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to design transformative solutions using design thinking approaches;
  • Expertise in driving best practice design and documentation.
