Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned transformation lead to drive connected, end-to-end business solutions across multiple business units within the Federal Government.

As a key member of our team, you will lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution. You will engage with complex customer environments and guide them through decision frameworks and evaluation plans.

Crafting and negotiating terms for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives is also a crucial aspect of this role. You must ensure alignment with customer objectives and compliance requirements while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning.

A strong existing relationship within the Canberra-based Federal Government sector is essential to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes. Your extensive experience in selling solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within the Federal Government is highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Canberra
  • Must be an Australian citizen and eligible to hold a security clearance
  • 10+ years experience in selling solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation
  • 10+ years experience leading sales processes
