As a Senior IT Transformation Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge change management frameworks to ensure seamless transitions and minimal service disruption across multi-provider environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols to align with business objectives and SIAM governance frameworks.
  • Oversee end-to-end change management workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate change requests and scheduling across providers to minimize service impact and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes to services and business operations, providing actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Align ITSM processes with business objectives to deliver structured change frameworks that drive stakeholder engagement and successful change delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT transformation, change enablement, and project management within both public and private sectors.
  • Strong background in business analysis, process design, and organizational change, with expertise in ITSM alignment and change frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within SIAM governance models and drive stakeholder engagement through excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in Public Sector consulting environments is highly desirable, with a pragmatic approach to delivering sustainable and measurable change outcomes.
