Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a facilities operations coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting facilities-related tasks, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support facilities-related tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Provide advice and support to management and other school staff as required
Requirements:
- Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks
- Able to work and collaborate with others in a team environment
