Facilities Administrator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Administrator. As the friendly face of Iress, you will be responsible for greeting clients, visitors and contractors, managing incoming calls, emails and coordinating meeting room bookings.

You will maintain the presentation, security and functionality of our office spaces, supporting office repairs, contractor coordination and health & safety processes.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and contractors.
  • Managing phone calls, emails and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintaining the appearance and functionality of our office spaces.
  • Supporting property maintenance, contractor coordination and health & safety initiatives.

You will work closely with the Property & Facilities Lead to deliver high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience in a customer-facing role and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and contractors.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the facilities team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the office.
