About the Role

This is a diverse role that combines sales administration, customer service, and sales. As an Inventory and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Counter and telephone sales
  • Stock audits and inventory management
  • General administration and housekeeping, including OH&S
  • Ordering branch supplies and coordinating cyclic stock counts and stock cleansing
  • Processing and following up overdue purchase and customer orders
  • Monitoring and maintaining drop shipment orders and quarantine stock

  • A highly organized approach with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent customer and sales skills
  • Proficiency with computer technology and systems (training will be provided)
  • A positive and optimistic attitude
  • A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
