About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotable Asset Coordinator to join our team at Glencore's McArthur River Mine (MRM). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and coordination of rotable spares for offsite repair works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all rotable spares, including condition, location, and availability.
- Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate the ordering of critical rotable spare parts to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Generate and analyze reports on spare part usage, trends, and performance to inform maintenance and supply chain decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance and repair processes.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite and SAP.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle management and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
