About the Role

This is a permanent position on a 7:7 day/night roster, with the option to fly in and out from Darwin or Cairns.

As the Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for safely and accurately executing warehouse-related tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, receipting purchase orders, managing inventory, returns management of repairable stocks, vendor non-compliances, and regular stock counting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all events and hazards.
  • Maintain inventory and facility security to prevent financial loss or business impact.
  • Actively participate in training, meetings and team discussions.
  • Build positive relationships through clear communication and feedback.
About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Understanding of warehouse administration and inventory management principles.
  • High level of integrity in maintaining the security of inventory.
  • Experience working in a similar role ideally within Mining or Heavy Industry.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage competing priorities safely.
  • SAP experience (highly desirable)
Qualifications
  • Hold relevant licences required for warehouse operations including LF, LO, DG, HR and Working at Heights.
  • Manual drivers licence
