Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business strategy.\
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management.\
  • Oversee and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy.\
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.\
  • Budgeting Support: Contribute to the annual budgeting process by reviewing and validating budget assumptions.\
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.\
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal financial policies.\

    • Requirements:\
      • \
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance analyst role.\
      • Bachelor's degree plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies in Finance.\
      • Advanced excel, reporting and analysis skills essential.\
      • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills.\
      • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.\
      • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data.\
      • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.\
      • Experience with financial software and ERP systems.\
      • Tableau or Power BI experience preferable.\
