Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new and emerging marketing channels.
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth.
  • Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau.
