Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

A leading organization is seeking experienced talent acquisition specialists to manage employee placement and drive business growth in Perth Metro and site mobilization.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering construction or the recruitment industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee placement and site mobilization to support business growth
  • SOURCE AND RECRUIT CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION OR THE RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive business results
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our client base

Requirements:

  • Experience in either engineering construction or the recruitment industry
  • Valid driver's license and own transport
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
