We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Scheduler to join our Digital Change and Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting large-scale initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple projects and programs, working closely with project leads, the PMO, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a detailed master schedule using project management tools.
  • Define work breakdown structure, milestones, critical path, and task dependencies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical teams, and business leads to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide schedule forecasting, trend analysis, and timely updates to support decision-making.
  • Track actual progress against the baseline schedule and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in scheduling for complex or digital transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing project schedules.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques such as critical path, float, and earned value.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
