Digital Transformation Specialist

The Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Change and Transformation Coordinator to support the Digital Reimagination (DRI) Program.
As a key member of the Digital Change and Transformation Team, you will be responsible for coordinating change management and communication activities, ensuring smooth delivery of digital transformation across MACS.
This is a two-year fixed-term role that requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail. You will work in a tight-knit, supportive team to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and key engagement sessions with stakeholders.
- Maintain the Change Project Plan in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy of timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
- Author and contribute to the preparation and quality assurance of change reporting, including status updates, engagement summaries, and reporting packs.
- Manage and coordinate change tasks in JIRA, ensuring alignment with project timelines and owners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a Change Management function, Program Management Office (PMO), or project delivery environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactively coordinate event logistics.
- Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint essential; Adobe Illustrator/Canva or similar tools desirable).
- Skills in designing communication assets, such as banners, posters, newsletters, and digital content quickly and creatively; experience with Adobe Illustrator/Canva or similar tools is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in SharePoint sites, maintaining content libraries, and managing page layouts and permissions.
