Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of key digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Strong background in digital transformation or IT project management
  • 6+ years of experience leading complex technology projects
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models
