Job Title: Program Test Manager

A pivotal role in a large transformation program within a federal government organization, leading testing activities across digital platforms projects. As a test manager, you will oversee the delivery of test results and ensure that projects stay within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure projects meet specifications and requirements.
  • Act as a test SME, guiding management and stakeholders in the use of testing tools and techniques.
  • Analyze and report on test activities and results, escalating issues and risks as needed.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and supporting data based on specifications and project needs.
  • Assign execution of test cases at various stages of testing.
  • Contribute to team improvement initiatives, including process changes and test automation.
  • Identify, manage, and document defects and operational issues.
  • Manage testing across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Accurately record time and effort for testing activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Manage defect triages and meetings.
  • Coordinate with business teams during user acceptance testing (UAT).
