Digital Transformation Project Manager

Key Responsibilities- Lead complex analysis and coordination for transformative projects (70% analysis / 30% coordination).
- Develop critical project artefacts:
- AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Data readiness assessments
- Business process flows, requirements, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, producing agendas and outputs.
- Ensure alignment with ongoing projects and business priorities.
- Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders.
- Support knowledge transfer and handover processes.
- Strong background in analysis and project coordination.
- Experience working on digital transformation or AI projects.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Skilled in developing business process flows and requirements documentation.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in government or healthcare sectors is highly valued.
