We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Success Coordinator to join our team at Oxygen Recruitment & HR. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and ongoing support of our clients in the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with their applications for financial loans and services
- Follow up on loan and documentation processes with designated stakeholders
- Create and organize borrower files, including associated documentation
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the application process, utilizing your initiative and problem-solving skills
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring any issues are followed up
- Other projects as required
- Customer service experience in a legal, financial, or financial services environment
- Understanding of the lending process
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Xero is a plus
