The Role Overview

As a key member of our operations team, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join us in Toowoomba, Australia.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a rotating roster. Shifts alternate between 6:00 am – 2:00 pm and 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with occasional opportunities for overtime during the night shift.

Your main duties will include:

  • Picking and packing orders for dispatch efficiently and accurately
  • Facing customers with excellent customer service skills
  • Maintaining adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Operating a forklift and overhead crane safely
  • Utilizing machines such as bandsaw and dropsaw effectively
  • Working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment

To be successful, you must have:

  • A strong commitment to workplace safety
  • The ability and willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Hold HR, HC & Forklift licenses or be willing to obtain them
