We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, including performing comprehensive assessments, developing personalized care plans, and providing expert wound management and palliative care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments with residents and their families to identify individual needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Provide expert clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care solutions.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical care experience, preferably in aged care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to hold NDIS Worker Checks or obtain them promptly.
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care that prioritizes resident well-being.
