  • A permanent salaried position with a bonus structure based on revenue share.

  • Full-time administrative support handling intake, billing, rebates, and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality psychological care to a diverse adult caseload, with option for adolescents and couples.
  • Conduct evidence-based therapy and maintain a KPI of 5 billable sessions per day.
  • Collaborate with a skilled and friendly clinical team while enjoying autonomy over your practice.
  • Work from a beautifully appointed Inner West Sydney clinic space with modern facilities.


Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience in private practice.
  • Experience with adults; adolescents and couples highly regarded.
  • AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Psychology Registrar.
  • Full Australian Work Rights.
