We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project in Melbourne.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, compliance, and reporting processes.
- Assist with project planning, procurement, and scheduling activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain open communication channels.
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator commercial construction role.
- Background with a Tier 3 Builder or retail projects.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jobpac and Procore is an advantage.
- This is a contract position with a minimum duration of six months.
- The hourly rate for this role is up to $75 per hour.
