Project Coordinator Opportunity

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting to maintain accurate records.
  • Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a commercial construction Project Coordinator role, preferably with a Tier 3 Builder.
  • A background in project coordination, with a focus on stakeholder management and communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Jobpac and Procore.
