Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and work on a landmark retail refurbishment project in Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Project Planning: Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within commercial construction.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Possessing excellent organisational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Construction Industry Experience: Experience working with a Tier 3 Builder, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Team Player: A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.

  • Technical Skills: Ideally experienced in using industry-specific software such as Jobpac and Procore.
