Senior Property Manager Job Description

Are you a results-driven professional with exceptional people skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of rental properties and ensuring that both tenants and landlords are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties, ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation and maintaining strong communication channels to resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  • Minimize rental arrears by following up on outstanding payments and negotiating payment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough entry and exit condition reports with assistance from a dedicated routine inspections manager.
  • Action maintenance requests promptly and ensure they are completed to a high standard.

About You:

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of service.
  • Current Real Estate Registration Certificate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with property management software is highly advantageous.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
