As a Property Manager with our Brisbane-based real estate agency, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 180 residential properties.

About the Role
  • You will manage a clean and well-maintained portfolio of 180 properties, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Conduct thorough entry and exit inspections to verify compliance with our property management protocols.
  • Leverage our AILO property management software to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • This is a Monday-to-Friday role with structured hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm), offering flexible work arrangements after probation.
About You
  • You should hold at least 2 years of experience in Property Management.
  • We seek an individual who is approachable, confident, and easy-going, with excellent communication skills.
  • A valid Real Estate Certificate and a reliable vehicle with a current driver's license are also essential.
