Job Opportunity: Real Estate Asset Manager

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to assume responsibility for the management of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious real estate professional looking to develop their career and work alongside industry experts.


About the Role:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and contractor works.
  • Communicate directly with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth relations and compliance with obligations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and site visits to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Oversee lease document management, negotiate lease renewals, and ensure adherence to tenant and landlord agreements.
  • Assist with financial management, including rent collection, arrears management, and budgeting for outgoings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A motivated, proactive individual with a passion for real estate and a strong understanding of commercial property management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive team player with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the business.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • Current Real Estate Registration and relevant industry certifications.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other industry-standard software applications.
  • Experience with Cirrus 8 or Re-Leased software is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for business purposes.
