Commercial Property Manager Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to fill a Commercial Property Manager role in our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and work alongside industry experts.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. You will work closely with property owners and tenants to ensure smooth operations and excellent service across all aspects of property management.

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties
  • Communicate directly with property owners and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits, coordinating maintenance and contractor works
  • Oversee lease document management, negotiate lease renewals, and ensure compliance with tenant and landlord obligations
  • Assist with financial management, including rent collection, arrears management, and outgoings budgets and reconciliations
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • A current Real Estate Registration
  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
