Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management, organisational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is a critical link between Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics Planning to balance business priorities, maximise transport efficiency and meet service delivery expectations. Your role will require a technical ability in inventory management and a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and optimise daily and forward load plans that align with production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Ensure seamless execution of logistics operations by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on supply chain activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional Time Management Skills:
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Ability:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Able to build effective internal relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
  • 3-5 Years' Experience:
  • Demonstrated exposure in an FMCG environment preferred.
