Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global tax due diligence and structuring for M&A transactions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Provide expert advice on tax implications for domestic and cross-border deals, aligning tax and business goals with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with M&A, Legal, Strategy, and Finance teams to optimize tax efficiency and drive business value.
  • Review and negotiate tax clauses in transaction documentation to minimize exposure and maximize benefits.
  • Monitor tax law changes and adapt strategies to stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
  • Support tax reporting, compliance, and integration post-deal to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Liaise effectively with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to resolve complex tax issues.
  • Ensure Group compliance with OECD guidelines and best practices in tax management.
