Job RoleYou will be responsible for effectively managing the store's back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless inventory control, stock retrieval, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including receiving and handling stock orders, verifying product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support sales teams in retrieving stock efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house area, adhering to operational standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and report any issues to senior staff.
- Assist with aftersales services, enhancing customer satisfaction through alterations, repairs, and personalization.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is functioning properly, reporting any concerns or maintenance needs.
- Perform administrative tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and completing general office duties.
- Support store management with event planning, visual merchandising, stock counting, and other tasks as required.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office software.
- Previous experience with SAP or similar systems is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
