Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from planning and design through to procurement and handover.

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle to meet client objectives and ensure timely completion.
  • Lead the development of project briefs, implement procurement protocols, and manage the tender process through to contract award.
  • Assist in the preparation of programs for design, construction, and general project delivery.
  • Advise clients on suitable design and construction options, providing clear and concise reports.
  • Manage the handover process, including defect rectification and operational training as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various delivery methodologies, including Head Contract, ECI, and Design & Construct models.
  • Ideal experience in multi-residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening abilities.
  • Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture business and personal relationships.
