About the Job

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and organised Project Manager to join their team in Sydney. This is a full-time, in-office position that offers an exceptional team environment, diverse job responsibilities, and the opportunity to spearhead exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end bespoke-build projects from initial design meetings to completion ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Utilise expertise in events/exhibition/entertainment industry to oversee production, technical, infrastructure, lighting, and installation aspects of projects.
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen attention to detail and exemplary administration skills throughout project lifecycles.
  • Lead on-site management activities including coordination of multiple projects concurrently and adherence to stringent safety standards.
Required Skills
  • Proficient in budget management time management and relationship management.
  • Skilled in running effective meetings and adept at site management including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance.
  • Familiarity with various software packages to streamline project workflows.
  • Preferred experience in production processes within relevant industries.
  • Possession of an unrestricted driver's license and access to a vehicle.
