About the Role

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in top-tier management/strategy consulting and be ready to take the next step in their career as a Manager of Commercial Acceleration Strategy. You will lead cross-functional coordination, develop deep-dives into opportunities for value acceleration capture, and support preparation for Executive Leadership Team (ELT)/Board updates.

  • Lead workstreams within special projects and selected deep-dives for value acceleration capture.
  • Proactively identify opportunities across commercial functions and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant Bachelor degree (MBA or post-graduate degree desirable).
  • 4+ years' experience in strategy/management consulting.
  • Ability to synthesise insights into a management-level narrative to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
