  • Utilize pre-analytical management systems to efficiently register patients.
  • Maintain equipment, consumables, and work areas in a clean, safe, and well-resourced state, adhering to ISO 17025 and AS/NZS ISO/9001 standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by projecting a professional appearance and fostering positive interactions with patients and colleagues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Phlebotomy or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a phlebotomist.
  • Hold a QLD open drivers license.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to exhibit empathy and understanding towards patients.
  • A solid grasp of patient confidentiality and ability to maintain discretion.
  • Capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
