Multidisciplinary Health Service Leader

The Clinical Lead is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of health services.
This key position oversees various aspects, including:
- Clinical Governance: Ensuring adherence to PSQPCH Standards and ISO 9001 through robust systems and processes.
- Service Delivery: Managing referrals, triage, and allocation of the Telehealth Specialists service, excluding Psychiatry.
- Operational Oversight: Assisting with auditing and governance across key services, including budgetary management and reporting.
- Workforce Development: Overseeing Credentialing and Scope of Practice of all directly reporting staff.
- Collaboration and Training: Collaborating with stakeholders to assess training needs and workforce planning.
Successful candidates will possess relevant qualifications or training in health, experience working in Indigenous Health, and proven management and leadership experience in multidisciplinary health services.
